BRANDON L. CRUMP
Brandon L. Crump is the Founder and Principal of CHG. He is an accomplished hospitality entrepreneur and consultant specializing in elevating black and brown-owned businesses. Brandon has a talent for scaling organizations and is currently the Managing Partner at Michael Lavelle Wines, now recognized as the youngest black-owned wine label, where he has played a vital role in establishing its national distribution network and brand recognition. Under Brandon's leadership, Michael Lavelle is now available at retailers such as Whole Foods, Total Wines, Ocean Prime, Soho House, Esme, The Alinea Group, Arenas, and Hotels.
Brandon has gained recognition and success in several companies in the hospitality industry, including the Washington Nationals, Toast, and Grubhub. Through his diverse experience, he has developed a strong passion for hospitality and is dedicated to creating a space that increases representation for black and brown communities. He is a Chicago native who earned a B.S. in Leisure Studies/Sports Management from Howard University.
